发泡水泥砖的制备及性能

         

摘要

The foam cement was prepared using orthogonal experiment of L9(34),which was the Ordinary Portland cement as raw material,the Hydrogen peroxide as a foaming a-gent,and the nickel zinc ferrite as microwave absorbing agent.The optimal preparation plan of foam cement was determined by method of extreme difference analysis.The results show that the ratio of water cement is 0.46,the addition of coal ash is 30%,the addition of vesi-cant is 5%,and the addition of the polypropylene fibers is 0.4%,respectively.The dielectric constant and reflection loss of the foam cement were measured by vector network analyzer. The results show that the dielectric loss of the sample is from 0.17 to 0.31,and the maximal reflection loss of the sample is-6.2dB at 18Ghz.%以普通硅酸盐水泥和煤矸石为主要原料,过氧化氢为发泡剂,镍锌铁氧体为吸波剂,采用四因素三水平[L9(34)]正交试验制备发泡水泥砖.用极差分析方法确定发泡水泥的最优制备方案,结果为:煤矸石掺量为30%,水料比为0.46,发泡剂掺量为5%,聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.4%.采用矢量网络分析仪测试了该组发泡水泥的介电常数和反射率,试样的介电损耗在0.17~0.31之间,测试频率在18GHz时,试样出现极大的反射损耗,为-6.2dB.
