经脉幕墙钢骨架结构的非线性内力计算及设计

         

摘要

The depth research on different space internal force distribution,including axial force distribution, partial axial forces distribution and displacement distribution of meridians curtain structure,has a very important signification for curtain meridians structure design. The Taizhou city medical exhibition center meridians curtain wall project is regarded as a research object in this paper and the equation based on the modified curved stiffness, the analytic material nonlinearity and the small deformation thin-walled big strain of the geometry nonlinear finite element numerical calculation means is applied to study an alien space of the steel internal force distribution, including the steel structure of the whole system meridians axial force distribution, the axial force distribution and local part of the whole system displacement. The numerical results show that the meridians curtain wall alien space steel structure of the internal force distribution of uniform and internal force the difference between different locations are obvious and internal force and displacement value have certain close contact. Meanwhile, the biggest axial force is 110. 2 kN;the maximum bending moment structure shape is 9. 8 kN·m;the maximum displacement is 30, 5 nun;and the distribution situation is relative to the steels'structure and shape and the thin rods'size and space position. It can be concluded that the distribution of stress is uneven and highly concentrated and mainly in the BEAM layer. Furthermore, the level of displacement of the direction X is higher than that of the direction Y and Z and has the greatest direct influence on the overall displacement of the structural system. Finally, controlling the level of displacement of the direction X is the most effective measures to avoid the deformation in the meridians curtain wall steel structure design and application.%目的 为解决经脉钢骨架设计过程中的强度、刚度以及复杂力学的传递路线问题,研究异型空间钢骨-经脉钢骨架结构整体体系轴力分布、局部部分轴力分布以及整体体系的位移.方法 以泰州医药城会展中心一期工程经脉幕墙分部工程为研究对象,采用修正曲梁刚度方程,并考虑薄壁材料非线性以及小变形大应变的几何非线性改进型有限元数值计算手段.结果 经脉幕墙异型空间钢结构的内力分布不均匀且不同位置之间内力差值较大,内力与位移存在一定的关联性,其最大轴力和最大弯矩分别是110.2 kN和9.8 kN·m,最大位移是30.5mm,其分布情况与经脉钢结构形状、薄壁杆件的尺寸以及所处空间位置相关.结论 数值计算的结果表明应力分布不均匀且相对集中,并主要集中在BEAM层,同时水平X方向的位移值较y、Z方向较大,对结构体系的合位移直接影响最大,经脉幕墙钢结构设计及使用中控制X方向的位移是控制其变形的最有效措施.
