基于ObjectARX2008石材自动铺设系统

摘要

目的 开发一套具有石材自动铺设、编号以及输出加工单的专业石材装饰设计软件.方法 以ObjectARX为CAD二次开发工具,VC++2005.NET为开发环境,利用ObjectARX应用程序的动态链接库特性,在CAD运行时可随时加载和却载应用程序.该系统采用面向对象方法,实现铺设参数的任意设定以及人机的实时交互,提取铺设区域信息,对不满意的铺设结果可以实时取消.同时利用循环分区铺设原理,实现复杂铺设功能,并采用剪切功能完善边缘区域的铺设.结果 能够以板型和行列两种方式进行铺设,完成了对实心区域和环形区域的铺设,同时可以再次打开文件时取消原铺设结果.结论 利用ObjectARX开发技术,达到了石材自动铺设设计要求,实现了石材铺设设计参数化,提高了石材铺设设计效率,拓宽了CAD在石材领域的应用.%The purpose of this paper is to develop a stone decorating design system with slab paving, numbering and processing table outputting automatically functions.ObjectARX is used as a tool in AutoCAD's secondary development,meanwhile VC + + 2005.NET is applied as a development environment.Through the DLL characteristics of Object ARX applications ,the applications program can be loaded and unloaded at any time when CAD is running.In this system, the object-oriented programming method is used to realize the setting of any parameters required in paving and the man-machine's interactive communicating in real-time.Meanwhile, paving information can be extracted and canceled when we are not satisfied with the results.Recycling paving principle is applied to realize complex paving function, and a trimming function is used to perfect the paving profile.The annular or solid area paving can be realized with slab size and rows-columns function in the system, and the laying result also can be canceled when the file is opened again.Through using ObjectARX development technology, the stone paving can be completed automatically and the parametric design of stone paving can be realized, improving the efficiency of stone paving design and enlarging the CAD applications in stone industry.
