碳纤维混凝土热电效应的试验

         

摘要

This paper aims at the research on the thermoelectric effect of carbon fiber reinforced concrete. It also explored the influence factors of thermoelectric effect of carbon fiber reinforced concrete, which can provide experimental basis for carbon fiber reinforced concrete used for temperature self-monitoring system. A temperature difference in two ends of the test specimen is provided, which can lead to a thermo electromotive force measured with Wheatstone bridge. The paper gives the thermo electromotive force in the age of 14 d,21 d,28 d and 56 d to expose the effect of age on the thermo electromotive force. It also exposes the effect of carbon fiber content on the thermo electromotive force. The thermo electromotive force increases as the age added and it shows linear relationship with the age. The thermo electromotive force reaches maximum when the carbon fiber content is 1.0%. In conclusion,the thermo electromotive force can reflect the temperature difference exactly,so it is possible that CFRC can be used in the temperature self-monitoring system.%目的 研究碳纤维混凝土的热电效应,找出影响碳纤维混凝土热电效应的影响因素,为碳纤维混凝土应用于结构温度自监测系统提供试验依据.方法 在碳纤维混凝土试件两端提供温度差,用电桥平衡法测量试件两端的温差电动势,并分别在龄期为14d,21d,28d,56d测量试件的温差电动势,以探究龄期对热电效应的影响.另外,还考察了碳纤维掺量对热电效应的影响.结果 碳纤维混凝土的温差电动势与温差成线性关系,而且随龄期的增加而增大.碳纤维混凝土的温差电动势率在碳纤维含量为1.0%的时候达到最大值.结论 碳纤维混凝土的温差电动势能准确地反映碳纤维混凝土试件两端的温差,应用于结构温度自检测系统具有可行性.
