异型石材车铣加工中心立柱及导轨精度调试与分析

         

摘要

目的 使异型石材车铣加工中心(HTM50200)立柱和导轨满足设计精度要求,提高横梁部件的直线运动精度.方法 立柱装配调试分为粗调整和精调整.通过XL - 80激光干涉仪对立柱导轨安装面及导轨进行直线度检测,用两端点法对其直线度进行分析.结果 立柱的水平度满足0.02 mm/1 000mm水平度误差要求;立柱等高度满足不超过0.05 mm/1 000mm等高度误差要求;立柱导轨安装面直线度和导轨直线度都满足GB/T16462 - 1996要求(全长5 000 mm直线度误差不得超过0.05 mm的要求);装配后立柱前后端跨距为4 717.051 mm和4 717.065 mm,满足4 717±0.2mm的设计精度要求,即立拉平行度达到要求.结论 利用激光干涉法来调试立柱及导轨的精度是一种可行性的方法,使其满足了立柱装配精度的设计要求,为实现异型石材车铣加工中心设计功能及加工精度打下坚实基础.%Making pillar and guide of alien stone turning-milling compound machining center meet the design precision to improve the beam linear motion precision. Pillar debugging is divided into rough adjustment and fine adjustment. Through the XL-80 laser interferometer to detect the straightness of guide and mounting surface of guide on pillar. The straightness analysis uses two-endpoint method. The levelness of the pillar meets levelness error 0.02 mm/1 000 mm; pillar meets the requirement of the height difference no more than 0.05 mm/1 000 mm. Both the straightness and the mounting surface of guide on pillar meet the GB/ Tl6462-1996 requirements(5 000 mm straightness error is no more than 0.05 mm). The spans of the front and back pillar are 4 717. 051 mm and 4 717.065 mm. It meets the design requirement of 4 717 ±0. 2 mm. Using laser interference method to adjust the precision of the pillar and guide is a feasible method. It meets the pillar assembly precision design requirements. It lays a solid foundation to achieve the design function and the machining accuracy of the alien stone turning-milling compound machining center.
