节点域构造不同的外加强环式梁柱异型钢框架节点有限元分析

         

摘要

目的 找出节点域处不同构造特征对节点的塑性铰的发展情况、破坏特征和抗震性能的影响规律.方法 利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了外加强环式箱型柱-H梁异型钢框架节点的三维有限元模型,对框架节点的节点域处设置不同面积的外加强环板进行建模分析.结果 外加强环式箱型柱-H梁异型钢框架节点在节点域1屈服后,在外加强环转角处形成塑性铰,避免了梁端焊缝的开裂,提高了节点的耗能能力.三种节点连接形式的滞回环大而饱满,采用全环板、3/4环板和1/2环板的等效黏滞阻尼系数分别为0.409、0.455和0.379.结论 该类异型节点在不同节点连接方式下都具有良好的延性性能、耗能能力和抗震性能,在实际工程应用的设计和施工中建议采用3/4环板.%In this paper,in order to understand fully the development situation of plastic hinge,failure mechanism and seismic performance of the steel H-beams and box column joints strengthened by plate ring with different details,in the panel zone the effects of changing the plate ring area is investigated.A 3D FEA-model is built up by finite element software ABAQUS,the elastic-plastic finite element analysis is carried through numerical modeling process.The analyses results showed that the plastic hinge is formed at the inflexion of plate ring after the panel zone 1 had yielded.The failure mechanism avoids the craze of beam end and enhances the energy dissipation capacity of the joint.The hysteretic curves of the three forms of joints are bigplump,the equivalent viscous damping coefficient respectively are 0.409,0.455 and 0.379 when the plate ring in the middle are intact plate ring,3/4 plate ring and 1/2 plate ring.The abnormal joints strengthened by plate ring with different details possess good ductility performance,energy-dissipating capacity and seismic performance.On the base of them,some suggestions about designing and manufacturing of the steel frame joints are proposed,3/4 ring plate is recommended.
