输电塔结构的拓扑优化设计方法

         

摘要

To develop high efficiencty transmission tower structure topology optimization design method and simply fundamental user interface,based on ant colony optimization,the topology optimization problem of transmission tower structure had been transferred into TSP in the discrete system with the application of the logical variable to judge whether there were connections between two nodes for the specified bar.Subsequently,the procedure and user interface had been realized by MATLAB system platform in this paper.It demonstrated that the classical topology optimization examples including plane and space had been done successfully by this procedure.The numerical results illustrated the algorithm were effective and practical,which were much better than other optimization algorithms.In addition,the input and output data standardization and visualization satisfy the engineering requirement.%目的 为提出一种高效的输电塔结构拓扑优化方法和简单实用的用户操作界面.方法 在蚁群优化思想的基础上,采用逻辑变量表示节点间是否有杆件连接,将结构拓扑优化问题转换成为经典的旅行商问题,成功实现了输电塔结构在离散系统下的拓扑优化.基于MATLAB系统平台,编写了输电塔结构拓扑优化设计程序和用户界面.结果 通过对两个经典拓扑算例的演算,证明了蚁群算法在设计平面和空间输电塔桁架结构时具有很好的拓扑优化效果和工程实用价值.结论 笔者提出的基于蚁群算法的输电塔结构拓扑优化数值模拟结果,明显优于其他拓扑优化方法,程序实现了输入数据和输出结果规范化和可视化的要求.
