C0型Reddy理论及复合材料板湿热分析

             

摘要

Reddy-type higher-order model has been widely applied to hygrothermal analysis of composite plates.However,the model is inappropriate for analysis of the hygrothermal expansion problem due to the neglected transverse normal strain.In this paper,a new C0-type Reddy model was developed.The transverse displacement in the model included normal hygrothermal deformation through the thickness caused by the temperature and moisture loadings.When it was introduced to the in-plane displacement field under the condition of bounding surface free traction,accuracy of in-plane stresses increased.Moreover,the first derivatives of transverse displacement did not appear in the model,and the C0 continuity of transverse displacement at element interfaces was only required for the finite element implementation.Based on the model,a six-node triangular element was constructed to analyze hygrothermal behaviors of composite plates.Through the numerical examples of hygrothermal analysis,accuracy and efficiency of the model were also testified.%Reddy型高阶理论已被广泛用于分析复合材料板湿热问题,然而该理论没考虑横法向应变,所以不适合分析湿热膨胀问题.发展一种新的C0型Reddy理论,该理论横向位移中含有由温度与湿度载荷引起的沿厚度方向湿热变形,利用自由表面条件将其引入面内位移场,提高了面内应力的精度.此外,发展的模型中不会出现横向位移的一阶导数,构造有限元时横向位移在单元间只需满足C0连续.基于此模型,构造了六节点三角形单元,并分析了复合材料板的湿热问题.通过数值算例,发展模型的精度和效率得到了验证.
