BFe10-1-1铜合金的热压缩本构方程

         

摘要

Thermodynamic behavior of BFe 10-1-1 copper alloy was investigated in isothermal compression experiment using cylindrical specimens on the Gleeble -3500 thermal simulation testing machine , deformation conditions of which go with temperature at 850℃,900℃and 950℃and strain rate of 0.01s-1、0.1s-1、1s-1 and 10 s-1 .The results show that flow stress is affected significantly by the conditions of high temperature deformation, deformation temperature and strain rate .Flow stress decreases with the increasing deformation temperature and increases with the increasing deformation rate ,and dynamic recrystallization of metal crystal will go obviously when the deformation strain exceeds a critical value .Flow stress constitutive equation of this copper alloy is constructed which contains the Arrhenius formula and Zener-Honllmon parameters .%采用圆柱试样在Gleeble-3500数控热力模拟试验机上对BFe10-1-1铜合金进行等温压缩变形试验,研究了此合金在温度850℃、900℃和950℃以及应变速率0.01 s-1、0.1s-1、1s-1和10s-1等不同变形条件下的热力学行为.结果表明:高温变形条件下,变形温度、变形速率以及变形程度对该合金的流变应力的影响显著.流变应力随变形温度的升高而变小,随变形速率的增大而变大,且当变形超过临界应变时,金属晶粒会发生明显的动态再结晶.并由此构建了该铜合金包含Arrhenius公式和Zener-Honllmon参数的流变应力本构方程.
