产业集群发展中地方政府的作用浅析

The formation and development of industrial clusters are determined by many factors,such as specific local cultures,economic geographical basis,local industry tradition and the role of local governments,etc.Among them,the role of a local government makes the most important impact by accelerating high-skilled personnel training,rapidly developing key enterprises,highlighting the leading role models,quickening the construction of specialized industrial zones,and improving industrial chains;a local government must exert its effort in establishing sound trade associations,strengthening trade integration,and providing more governmental support,and creating a good environment with a view to guiding the development of the local industrial clusters.%产业集群的形成和发展受诸多因素的影响,如地方特色文化,经济地理基础,地方产业传统,政府作用推动等等,而这其中又以地方政府对其影响最为重要,包括发挥地方政府作用,加速高技能人才的培养;快速壮大骨干企业,凸现龙头示范作用;加快建设专业工业区,完善产业链;健全行业协会,加强行业整合;加大政府扶持力度,营造良好环境等等,在政府引导地方产业集群的发展过程中,政府必须有所作为.
