碳黑/聚酰胺皮芯型导电长丝的制备及其性能

     

摘要

Targeted at the poor and unstable spinnability and performance of sheath-core conductive filament pre-pared by traditional method, 22. 2dtex /1f, 22. 2dtex /2f, 22. 2dtex /3f conductive filaments were prepared by the compound spinning technology. The effects of content of carbon black, draft ratio and drawing temperature on the conductivity and the spinnability of the conductive filament were investigated, as well as their surface mor-phology, mechanical and thermal properties. The results reveal that with the increasing content of conducting carbon black, the conductivity of conductive filament is much better; when the content of conductive carbon black is approximately 27%, the conductive performance is the best while the conductivity of conductive filament decreases with the increase of draw ratio, with the best draft ratio 2. 9 or so;when the first hot roller temperature is around 75~85℃, the performance of the conductive filament is great. The glass transition temperature and crystallization temperature of carbon black/polyamide sheath-core conductive filaments change slightly; the fila-ment thermal performance is stable, and the breaking strength and moisture regain are reduced while the breaking elongation increases.%针对传统皮芯型导电长丝可纺性差和性能不稳定的问题,采用复合纺丝技术制备了规格为22.2dtex/1f、22.2dtex /2f、22.2dtex /3f地导电长丝,探讨了碳黑母粒含量、牵伸比和牵伸温度对长丝导电性能和可纺性能的影响,并研究了导电长丝的表面形貌、力学性能和热学性能.结果表明:随着导电碳黑母粒含量的增加,导电长丝的导电性能越好,导电母粒的固含量为27%时,导电长丝的导电性能和力学性能最佳,而导电长丝的导电性能随着牵伸比的提高而下降,最佳牵伸比为2.9左右,当第一热辊的温度为75℃~80℃之间时,导电长丝的综合性能优异;碳黑/聚酰胺皮芯型导电长丝的玻璃化温度和结晶温度较聚酰胺变化不大,长丝的热性能稳定,其断裂强力、沸水收缩率、回潮率下降但断裂伸长和增加.
