试论旅游企业创新管理的有效方法

摘要

The progress of a nation depends on its level of innovation ,and the success of an enterprise also depends on the strength of the innovation ability in a certain degree .With the continuous development of modern knowl-edge economy ,our country tourism enterprises is not only faced with more opportunities ,but also the very serious challenges .If an enterprise wants to have a place in the present fierce market competition and keep a stable develop for a long time ,it must develop the innovation management idea .Therefore ,the effective methods of innovation management of tourism enterprises are mainly discussed in this paper .%一个民族的进步取决于其创新水平的高低，而一个企业能否获得成功在很大程度上也依赖于创新能力的强弱。随着现代化知识经济的不断发展，我国旅游企业不仅面临着更多的机遇，同时也受到了非常严峻的挑战，要想在激烈的市场竞争当中保有一席之地并稳定长久地发展下去，就需要大力发展创新管理理念。基于此，对旅游企业创新管理的有效方法进行了研究。
