普通一审程序中被害人权利保障的缺失与完善

摘要

The deficiency of victim＇s rights protection in ordinary first-instance procedure of public prosecution＇s cases in China＇s current laws makes it ineffective for the victim to participate in court trial.Therefore,it is necessary to offer the right to the victim of public prosecution＇s cases in first-instance procedure through legislation,and take appropriate measures to protect the victim from suffering a secondary damage in the trial.%我国现行法律对公诉案件被害人在一审程序中权利保护的缺陷,使被害人参与法庭审判形同虚设。应在立法中赋予公诉案件被害人一审程序中的应有之权利,并采取相应措施使被害人在庭审中免受二次伤害。
