战略性新兴产业的发展对于山西经济结构调整具有重要意义。本文在分析总结现有战略性新兴产业选择方法的基础上，采用因子分析方法，建立包含12个指标的战略性新兴产业选择指标体系，以国民经济行业分类中41个工业产业、14个第三产业为备选对象，进行山西省战略性新兴产业选择实证研究。通过研究发现：煤炭开采和洗选业，仪器仪表制造业，通信设备、计算机及其他电子设备制造业等14个产业具备战略性新兴产业特征，并根据14个产业的发展现状提出政策建议。%The development of strategic emerging industries plays an important role in Shanxi's economic structure adjustment. Based on the analysis and summary of existing selection methods of strategic emerging industries, an empirical study was conducted in this paper to explore the selection of strategic emerging industries in Shanxi. By adopting the methodology of factor analysis, the paper established a index system with 12 indexes for the selection of strategic emerging industries. In this paper, 41 industrial sectors and 14 tertiary industries of national economy industry classification were chosen as the targets. According to the research, 14 industries including coal mining and washing industry, instrument manufacturing industry, communications equipment, computers and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry have the characteristics of strategic emerging industries. In addition, policy suggestions were put forward in this paper on the basis of the status quo of these 14 industries.
