Precise poverty alleviation policy is an important strategic plan for realizing China's socialist dream in China under the new normal. Poverty alleviation work by rural poor households is the most important part of the precise poverty alleviation policy. Poverty alleviation offices at all levels, poverty alleviation units and village committees work together to identify and help poor rural families, however, there are difficulties and problems in procedural and flexible contradictions in the process of precise poverty alleviation in rural areas.
