采用9个北寒带特早熟玉米种质材料与13个非特早熟种质以NCII方法配制了117个杂交组合,并对各组合的主要性状进行配合力效应分析,根据对不同材料各性状的GCA效应和不同组合的SCA配合力效应特点进行分析研究,对特早熟玉米种质的改良和合理利用提供依据和参考.目前,已利用配合力效应分析对极早单2号亲本的父母本进行定向改良,并培育出太特早28和太特早65自交系.%Using nine north frigid zone early maturing maize germplasm and thirteen common germplasm,117 hybrid combinations were made with NCII method. SCA effects of maior agromomic traits of the combinations were analyzed. According to different materials GCA effect of traits and combinations SCA effects of traits, the basis and reference were provided for the improvement and rational use of early maturing maize germplasm. Tete 28 and Tete 65 have been bred by direct improvement of parent of an early maturing variety.
