3种植物生长调节剂对绿萝枝条生根的影响

摘要

采用吲哚乙酸(IAA)、萘乙酸(NAA)和2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)3种植物生长调节剂,并分别设置4个浓度梯度对绿萝枝条进行水培培养,观察绿萝的生根情况,并测定其生根数、根长度和根直径,以找出最适宜绿萝生根的植物生长调节剂类型及浓度,为绿萝栽植提供理论依据.结果表明,绿萝枝条在4× 10-8 g/L的IAA溶液中生根效果最佳,生根最粗且生根数量最多.%This study adopts four concentrations of Indole-3-acetie acid (IAA),Naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) and 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) on Epipremnum aureum hydroponic treatment,observes the rooting Epipremnum aureum,measures its root number,root length and root diameter,to find the most appropriate Epipremnum aureum rooting the plant growth reyulater type and concentration,and provide theoretical basis for Epipremnum aureum plant.The results show that IAA solution for 4 × 10-8 g/L in rooting effect is the best,the roots are thick and the mumber of roots is the highest.
