当年定植根蘖苗高接观赏枣试验

摘要

在当年定植的多年生骏枣根蘖苗上高接观赏枣品种龙枣、大荔龙枣、宫枣,以研究在骏枣根蘖苗不同发育期高接对嫁接成活率及新梢生长量的影响.结果表明,宫枣和骏枣根蘖苗的亲和力最好,其次为大荔龙枣和龙枣;龙枣、大荔龙枣在砧木主芽萌动期高接为最佳的高按时期,其嫁接成活率分别达61.2％,76.2％,接穗抽生新梢平均生长量最大可达36.6,64.7 cm;宫枣高接成活率很高,但由于发枝力弱,高接后难以形成树冠,当年很难育成合格苗木;高接后及时控制根蘖苗上的枝梢生长,对提高嫁接成活率及新梢生长具有积极作用.%In this study,we grafted ornamental jujube of Longzao variety,Dalilongzao variety and Gongzao variety in perennial root seeding of Junzao variety planted this year to study the influence of grafting survival rate and new shoots growth of scion grafted at different developmental stages of root seeding.The results showed that grafting affinity was the best between Gongzao variety and Junzao root seedling,followed by Longzao and Dalilongzao variety.Root seedling main bud germination period was the best grafting period for Longzao variety and Dalilongzao variety,which the grafting survival rate could reach 61.2％ and 76.2％,respectively,and new shoots growth length could reach a maximum of 36.6 cm and 64.7 cm,respectively.The survival rate of Gongzao variety was very high,but it was difficult to form a crown because of low branch force.The bud and shoots in root seedling timely pruning,which was of positive significance to improve the survival rate of grafting and the rapid growth of new shoots.
