VE,IGF-Ⅰ和hCG对体外培养小鼠睾丸间质细胞增殖的影响

摘要

为了探究不同浓度维生素E(VE)、胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-Ⅰ)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)对睾丸间质细胞(LCs)增殖的作用,试验通过添加不同浓度VE,IGF-Ⅰ,hCG分别处理小鼠睾丸间质细胞24,48 h,采用四唑盐比色法(MTr法)检测细胞活力.结果表明,与对照组相比,24 h时VE组细胞活力显著增加(P＜0.05),IGF-Ⅰ,hCG组差异不显著(P＞ 0.05);48 h时,VE,hCG组细胞活力差异显著(P＜0.05),IGF-Ⅰ组差异不显著(P＞0.05).说明在24,48 h的IGF-Ⅰ对细胞的增殖变化没有明显促进作用,VE和hCG对细胞增殖有一定的促进作用.%To assess the promotive role of VE,IGF-Ⅰ,hCG in leydig cells (LCs) proliferation,in this study the activity of LCs exposed to different concentrations of VE,IGF-Ⅰ,hCG was detected by using MTT assay.The results showed that 24 h VE group administration significantly increased cell proliferation compared with control group (P ＜ 0.05),while IGF-Ⅰ and hCG groups showed no significant effect.After 48 h,cell proliferation in VE and hCG groups increased significantly compared with control group (P ＜ 0.05).However,IGF-Ⅰ group had no significant change.This study illustrated that IGF-Ⅰ was not marked improve on cell proliferation at this time slot,VE,hCG had certain promotion effect on cell proliferation.
