中日韩地方经济合作示范区企业分类管理及AEO互认实验之构想

摘要

以中日韩地方经济合作示范区建设和中日韩 AEO 互认合作为契机，通过完善示范区基础保障，打造一体化信息系统，推动示范区海关分类制度改革，创新便利措施等举措，率先对示范区企业开展中日韩 AEO 互认实验，先行先试，以期助力示范区发展和海关分类通关改革，促进中日韩贸易安全与便利化进程和自贸区建设进程。%China Customs should take the opportunity of the establishment of CJK Local Economic Cooperation Demonstration Zone and the cooperation of AEO Mutual Recognition to create an integrated information system by improving the basic service of the demonstration zone,to promoting the reform of categorized enterprise management and to innovate facilita-tion measures,and should launch the pilot of the AEO Mutual Recognition,to help the de-velopment of CJK Local Economic Cooperation Demonstration Zone,to promote the reform of Customs classified clearance,and to press ahead the progress of CJK trade security and fa-cilitation and the development of CJK FTA.
