高校教学档案管理中ISO质量管理应用研究--以山东建筑大学为例

摘要

Teaching files are one of the most important records of higher institutions. Applying ISO quality management to teaching files management of higher institutions is one of the most important ways and means of scientifically managing and making good use of teaching files and improving level of management. The paper taked teaching files management of Shandong Jianzhu University as the example,discussed the present situation of teaching files managementmanagement,and analyzed the main problems of teaching files management. According to the main contents of ISO standards,the paper concluded the practical characterisitcs of integrating ISO quality standards into teaching files management,constructed creatively the teaching files management system framework of Shandong Jianzhu University based on ISO standards and discussed the concrete applications and measures.%高校教学档案是高校档案的主体之一，将ISO质量管理应用到高校教学档案管理中是科学管理和有效利用高校教学档案资源、提高管理水平的重要途径和手段。文章以山东建筑大学教学档案为例，阐述了学校教学档案管理现状，分析了教学档案管理中存在的主要问题，依据ISO族标准的主要内容，总结了ISO质量管理在教学档案管理中可行性应用特点，构建了基于ISO族标准的山东建筑大学教学档案质量管理体系框架，并探讨了具体应用措施。
