旧建筑再利用的价值研究--济南小广寒电影文化主题餐厅改造设计

摘要

In modern urban environmental construction,renovation and reuse of old buildings has cultural and historical advantages,which cannot be replaced by new buildings in some respects. And the scientific protection and rational utilization of old buildings will have greater historical value, economic value and aesthetic cultural values. From the perspective of art and design,by taking the country's oldest existing theater built in 1904-Jinan Xiaoguanghan film culture themed restaurant renovation design as an example,the principle of combination of restoration and reinforcement with renovation and reuse of old buildings are used,and specific analysis and study of art and design are shown how the artistic value of old buildings is full of new research attractive in today's business operations.%在现代城市环境建设中，旧建筑的改造再利用在某些方面具有新建建筑无法替代的人文历史优势，科学的保护和合理的利用，能使旧建筑具有更大的历史价值、经济价值和审美文化价值。文章从艺术设计的角度出发，以1904年建成的中国现存最老影院---济南小广寒电影文化主题餐厅改造设计为例，运用旧建筑的修复加固与改造再利用相结合原理，通过具体的实例分析和艺术设计研究，展现了旧建筑艺术价值如何在当今商业运营中焕发新魅力的研究成果。
