开关柜智能操控装置设计

             

摘要

为提高开关柜运行可靠性,研发了以高性能微处理器C8051 F020为核心的开关柜智能操控装置,实现了开关柜操控的智能化.完成了开关状态显示电路、高压带电指示电路、温湿度控制电路、语音防误电路、红外人体感应电路、人机接口电路、开关电源与通信等功能的设计.系统采用模块化设计思想,每一个模块相对独立地完成某一特定功能,具有较高的可扩充性.%To improve the operation reliability of switch cabinet, the study has developed a cabinet in-telligent control device with high performance MPU C8051F020 being at the core. It achieves the intelligent control of the switch cabinet. The design includes display of switch state, high-voltage presence indicating, temperature and humidity control, intelligent voice-prompted of fault operation, infrared human inductive cir-cuit, man-machine interface circuit, switching power supply, single-chip switching state collection and con-trol, communications, as well as other functions. The system adopts the idea of modularisation, every module can perform a certain task independently and relatively, which has high extensibility.
