纳米材料Ce/ZnO合成及其光学性质的研究

         

摘要

运用粉末 X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、紫外-可见(UV-Vis)光谱、光致发光(PL)谱等技术对所制备的纳米材料进行了系列表征。掺入质量分数(w)为2%的铈可以明显改善氧化锌表面状态,可以抑制光生电子与光生空穴(e-/h+)的复合,显著提高光催化脱色活性和光催化稳定性。在纳米材料中掺杂适当的金属离子能够有效地调控其电子能态结构,并改变其表面状态,进而起到提高光催化性能的作用。%Using X ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis)absorption,photo -luminescence(PL)spectrum technology on the preparation of nanometer material were characterized.The incorporation of quality scores(w)2%cerium can significantly improve the zinc oxide surface condition,inhibit the photogenerated electrons and light induced hole(e-/h+)composite,and significantly improve the nanometer material decolorization of reactive and light catalytic stability.In the semiconductor photocatalyst doping of appropriate metal ion can effectively control the electron energy state structure,and to change its surface condition,then to improve the nanometer material performance of the role.
