Solid waste crude cyanuric acid (OAT), which was generated at the cyanuric acid production process, was used as modifying agent in place of cyanuric acid in developing a green urea formaldehyde (UF) resin, The influence of adding amount and adding time of OAT on the formaldehyde content, water resistance and other properties of UF resin have been studied. The results show that the modified UF resin display good performance of formaldehyde content and water re-sistance when the appropriate process parameters are adopted.%采用三聚氰胺生产过程中产生的固体废弃物OAT(主要成份三聚氰酸、三聚氰酸一酰胺、三聚氰酸二酰胺等)代替三聚氰胺来改性脲醛树脂,制备环境友好脲醛树脂胶。研究了脲醛树脂胶的改性过程中,OAT的加入量和添加阶段等工艺因素对脲醛树脂胶的游离甲醛含量、耐水性能的影响。结果表明,控制适当的工艺,可以制备出低游离甲醛含量、耐水的OAT改性脲醛树脂胶。
