地方高校特色新型智库信息化建设

摘要

There exist some problems for the informatization construction of the think tankin local universities, such as monotonous capability of information displaying, insufficient information integration and transformation. The solutions can efficiently modify these problems and improve the efficiency and influence of the think tank by strengthening the system guarantee, capital investment, talents recruitment and training, system operation and management of the think tank and con-structing Quaternity new think tank system composed of science information analysis platform, project management informa-tion system, social communication sharing platform and academic achievement transformation platform.%地方高校特色新型智库信息化建设普遍存在着信息展示功能单一、信息集成相对不足、信息转化普遍缺乏等问题。加强智库信息化建设的制度保障、资金投入、人才聚集与培训、系统运行与管理，构建科研信息分析平台、项目信息管理平台、社会交流共享平台、学术成果转化平台相结合的“四位一体”的智库信息化系统建设，可以有效解决存在的问题，提高智库的运行效率和影响力。
