马海盐湖高不溶物、低品位地表固体钾矿擦洗脱泥技术研究

         

摘要

This paper uses the four kinds of desliming technology of screening desliming,one stage hydro-cyclone desliming,two stage hydrocyclone desliming and hydrocyclone -sieving desliming process to have a desliming test for mohair Saline Lake high insoluble,low-grade surface solid potassium deposit,the test results were provided. The test results show that the desliming mine of mohair Saline Lake high insoluble, low-grade surface solid potassium deposit by hydrocyclone -sieving proces can produce potassium chloride by flotation method. The high insoluble surface solid potassium deposit has been well developed and utilized, which means the potassium deposit can be used efficiently.%采用筛分脱泥、一级旋流脱泥、二级旋流脱泥、旋流-筛分脱泥4种脱泥工艺对马海盐湖高不溶物、低品位地表固体钾矿进行了脱泥试验,给出了试验结果.试验结果表明,马海盐湖高不溶物、低品位地表固体钾矿经旋流-筛分脱泥后,脱泥矿可以达到浮选法生产氯化钾对原料不溶物的要求,使高不溶物地表固体钾矿得到了较好的开发利用,高效利用了钾资源.
