在时变速度下的车辆出行时刻和路径联合优化

         

摘要

基于分析大中型城市的道路拥挤状况和早晚高峰期与非高峰期的车流速度变化规律,得到大型城市道路网络中车速的阶梯型变化分段函数,并结合相关车辆能耗和CO2排放规律研究,构建考虑CO2排放成本的配送车辆出发时刻安排和配送路径联合优化模型.针对该优化模型的特点,应用遗传算法搜索车辆最佳出行时间以及最佳配送路径.通过数值算例验证上述优化模型和求解算法的有效性.仿真结果显示:最短路径不一定是最小CO2排放路线;出发时刻的选择对车辆CO2排放有重要影响;最优出行时间安排比最差出行时刻安排,节约近8.5%的CO2排放量.%Based on the analysis of congestion effect and vehicle flow speed change during the morning and evening peak in the large and medium size city, the piece-wise liner function is used to capture the vehicle time-varying speeds rules, which is very important to model the fuel consumption and CO2 emission. A joint optimization model of green vehicle schedule and route problem with time-varying speeds is presented. And we apply genetic algorithm, to find the optimal departure time and route for the vehicle. Finally, a numerical simulation example is given to illustrate the optimization model and its algorithm. The findings show that: The shortest route is not necessarily the least CO2 emissions one; The departure time choice exists important influence to the CO2 emissions; Compared with the worst departure time, the optimal one would save more CO2 emissions, up to 8.5%.
