新农村建设背景下西南边疆农民政治参与现状调查——以云南省宾川县平川村为例

摘要

The research on the frontier peasant＇s political participation through questionnaires and interviews reveals that there is low level of participation;that the main participation form is only election and voting;that the main type is the combination of mobilize participation and automatic participation;that the main way for the participation is legal and spontaneous;that there is less participation and that the motivation of the participation is always a benefit-drive one.The features of the participation is closely related to the peasant＇s low cultural level,lack of information,economic backwardness,and weak sense of participation.%通过对云南省宾川县平川村进行问卷调查和访谈,结果显示西南边疆农民政治参与存在以下特点：参与程度低,参与形式主要是选举和投票;参与的类型以自动参与和动员参与相结合,以合法的、自发的参与为主;参与的实际效果一般不明显,参与动机具有趋利化。这些特点与当地农民文化水平低,信息闭塞,经济落后,参与意识薄弱,民主制度不完善等有关。
