海门岛湿地几种大型底栖动物重金属污染评价

         

摘要

Heavy metal content in the several benthic animals in Haimen Island wetland were analyzed by atomic absorption spectrometry method and the degree of pollution and risk assessment of heavy metals in edible benthic animal were evaluated.The results showed that the order of average contents of heavy metals in benthic animals was:Cu>Zn>Cr>Pb>Cd.Benthic animals were polluted by heavy metalsand Crustacean animals and mollusk had serious potential problems with the accumulation of Cu and Zn.The pollution index of Pb in almost all the benthic animals was more than 1 ,which should a-rouse the vigilance of the relevant departments.%对海门岛地区采集的大型底栖动物样品进行消解后,利用原子吸收光谱法检测其中的铜、锌、铬、铅、镉含量,并据此评价底栖动物重金属污染程度及食用风险。结果表明:该水域底栖动物体内重金属平均含量顺序为:Cu>Zn>Cr>Pb>Cd;底栖动物受到重金属污染,甲壳动物和软体动物对 Cu 和 Zn具有潜在的严重积累问题;几乎所有受检动物体中的重金属Pb的污染指数均大于1,应受到相关部门的重视。
