泉州电子商务发展的作用路径与策略研究

摘要

Based on the role of e-commerce in the development of social economy in Quanzhou,the paper analyzes the impact of the electronic commerce on the social and economic development of Quanzhou from economic growth,structural optimization,upgrading of enterprises and professional markets,resi-dents employment,and it is thought that e-commerce will become the next new directions and new growth point of the social and economic development of Quanzhou.Quanzhou,in the process of vigor-ously promoting the development of e-commerce,is facing two paths to seek development in improving e-commerce ecosystem and promoting the depth of coordinated development of e-commerce with the real economy:firstly,improving services system of the e-commerce,building public service platform, and then accelerating the improvement of e-commerce ecosystem;secondly,promoting the linkage de-velopment of the real economy and Internet economy from two aspects which is boosting the e-com-merce application of the whole industry chain,innovation the“The Internet +”application.%基于电子商务对泉州社会经济发展的作用路径，文章从经济增长、经济结构、企业和专业市场升级、居民就业四个方面分析了电子商务对泉州社会经济发展的影响，认为电子商务将成为今后泉州社会经济发展的新方向和新的增长点。泉州大力促进电子商务发展应围绕完善电子商务生态体系和推动电子商务与实体经济深度协调发展两个路径施策：一是健全电子商务服务体系、搭建公共信息服务平台，加快完善电子商务生态体系；二是推进全产业链电子商务应用，创新“互联网＋”应用，进而推动实体经济与网络经济联动发展。
