进一步发展齐齐哈尔市农村专业合作经济组织的建议

Developing organization of economy of rural professional cooperation is an effective way to improve the competitive ability of agriculture products,and is helpful to improve the organization degree and reinforce farmers’ negotiating position and reduce the transaction costs effectively and increase farmers’ income.At present,the development speed of organization of economy of rural professional cooperation in every region is faster,but some operational problems still exist.Therefore,various local governments must strengthen the guidance,and cultivate and develop all kinds of organization of economy of rural professional cooperation by various approaches according to the area actual situations.%农村专业合作经济组织是提高农产品竞争力的有效途径,它有利于提高组织化程度,增强农民谈判地位,可以有效降低交易费用,增加农民收入。目前,农村专业合作经济组织在各地区发展速度比较快,但在运作上还存在一些问题。为此,各地区政府部门必须加强引导,并根据各地区实际,多途径培育专业合作经济组织,发展各种专业合作经济组织。
