江苏省二级甲等及以上医院康复医学科专业设备配置的现状调查

摘要

Objective Through investigation , we investigated the status of rehabilitation medicine equipment configuration in second level of first-class hospitals and above in Jiangsu Province , and explore the factors that hinder the development of the instrument and equipment , to seek further development .Methods In the form of questionnaire survey , we visited the 13 city of Jiangsu Province , the second level of first-class hospitals and above , inviting the department of rehabilitation medicine or related departments or relevant responsible person to fill in the questionnaires , and recovered on the spot .Results The development of the department of rehabilitation medicine hospital construction situation in various regions of Jiangsu province was notthe same.The physiotherapy equipment was more complete , but rehabilitation assessment , occupational therapy , speech therapy and orthosis and prosthesis equipments haddifferent degree of loss .Conclusions With the development of society and economy , the department of rehabilitation medicine equipment must gradually meet the needs of the development , through publicity , innovation , combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine , strengthening equipment management , enriching talent teams to improve instruments and equipment , and promote the development of rehabilitation medicine .%目的：通过调查，了解江苏省二甲及以上医院康复医学科的设备配置的现状，探索阻碍仪器设备发展的因素，寻求进一步的发展。方法以问卷调查的形式，走访江苏省13个城市各二甲以上医院，邀请康复医学科或相关科室的主任或者相关负责人填写问卷，并且当场收回。结果江苏省各地区医院康复医学科建设情况发展不一，各科室内的仪器不尽相同。其中理疗设备较为齐全，康复功能评定、作业治疗、语言治疗和支具与假肢、矫形器类设备均有不同程度的缺失。结论随着社会经济的发展，康复医学科的仪器设备也必须逐步满足社会发展的需求，通过宣传、创新、中西医结合、加强仪器设备管理、丰富人才队伍从而完善康复医学科的仪器设备，促进康复医学科的发展。
