探讨中国商环包皮环切术的临床应用效果

摘要

目的：对中国商环包皮环切术的临床应用效果进行探讨。方法选取2013年8月至2015年8月来本院进行手术治疗的包皮过长和包茎患者100例进行研究，其中对照组（ n＝50）接受传统包皮环切术，观察组（n＝50）行中国商环（Shang ring）包皮环切术，术后对比两组患者的临床情况、并发症发生率及满意率。结果观察组在手术时间、术中疼痛评分、出血量、术后疼痛评分、并发症发生率、外观满意率等方面均优于对照组（ P＜0．05），但切口愈合时间长于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论针对包皮过长包茎患者使用Shang ring包皮环切术，手术时间短、安全性高、外形美观度好，值得临床治疗普及使用。%Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Chinese Shang Ring circumcision .Methods 100 patients with redundant prepuce and phimosis from august 2013 to august 2015 in our hospital were studied . Patients in the control group (n=50) received traditional circumcision, patients in the observation group (n=50) ( Shang ring ) received China Shang Ring circumcision , after surgery , the incidence rate of complications , and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups .Results It was better in the observation group about the operation time, pain score, bleeding volume, postoperative pain score, complication rate, appearance satisfaction rate than those in the control group ( P<0.05) , but the wound healing time was longer than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions There is short operation time, high safety, and beautiful appearance for patients with phimosis using Shang Ring circumcision , it is worthy of clinical popularization treatment .
