对青岛某办公楼采暖改造的思考

摘要

青岛某办公楼的采暖改造设计为热水系统,但是由于市政未具备安装条件,临时接入低压蒸汽.主要总结热水和蒸汽结合设计的得与失,对低温热水、蒸汽系统的结合设计遇到的问题进行分析,并提出解决办法.同时,对整个项目多年的运行、管理情况进行了统计调查,对发现的问题进行了归纳,提出了解决问题的措施和方法,并进一步总结了经验和教训.%The key of the heating renovation design of an office building in Qingdao lies in the hot water system.As municipal has not installed conditions,the building is connected to the low pressure steam.This paper summarizes the hot water and steam combined with the design of the gain and loss.Some of the problems encountered are analyzed,and studies of how to solve these problems are also made.At the same time,the investigation of projects for many years of operation and management is made too.The problems of the experience and lessons are found,and the ways to solve the problems are worked out and summarized.
