不同楼层施工进度下混凝土早期强度研究

摘要

Now the speed of housing construction is very fast. It is very common to upload before the floor has enough strength. So it is difficult in determining the early strength of concrete. This paper investigates and studies the upload time of different engineering construction speed. According to the different upload time, the intensity of different age concrete is measured to contrast the early strength of concrete with the strength calculated by maturity of concrete theory. The results show that it is feasible to use concrete maturity theory to the calculation of concrete strength and to guide engineering construction of the kind.%现在房屋建设工程主体结构施工速度快,楼板混凝土强度不足楼面开始上载,如何确定混凝土早期强度成为一个难题. 通过对工程不同施工进度下楼面上载时间调查研究,根据不同的上载时间,实测不同龄期的混凝土试块强度,将混凝土成熟度理论计算的混凝土早期强度与实测试块强度进行对比,认为利用混凝土成熟度理论来指导工程施工是可行的.
