女装量身定制系统中的适体原型研究

     

摘要

In order to reduce apparel customization deviation that led by using single benchmark block in background data system, this paper extracts and analyzes the characteristics of the female body data, and obtains 9 somatotype classification using fuzzy clustering recognition method. Based on large quantity of three-dimensional measured body data, by using factor analysis, correlation analysis and 3-D virtual simulation, this paper generates 7 science-based adaptation prototypes that cover all categories of figure types, and rebuilds the change parameters. Construct ladies' suit customization software and background-processing multilevel database. It has been proved that the application of the adaptation prototype enhances the customization accuracy by 10. 3% , and it can be settled for customer customization service and apparel customization industry.%为了解决女装量身定制系统后台使用单一基准样板产生的定制偏差,本文通过对女性形体指标特征值进行提取分析,并利用模糊聚类识别将女性人体细分为9大类.同时,基于大量实测三维人体数据,利用因子分析、相关性分析和三维虚拟等手段生成覆盖全部人体的基于科学分类的7类适体原型,提取适体变更参数,并构建女式套装量身定制软件及后台运行各级数据库进行验证,验证结果表明,基于适体原型和适体变更参数的女装定制精准度,比基于标准原型和标准变更参数的女装定制精准度提高10.3%,有效提高女装量身定制的准确性.该研究可面向企业和客户进行技术服务和个性化定制生产.
