近年来，青岛市加大对战略性新兴产业的扶持力度，新一代信息技术及高端装备制造业发展具备相对优势，在新能源、生物、节能环保等领域，也已经具备一定的产业基础，但仍存在部分产业领域规模较小、中小企业创新能力不足、产业整体发展水平较低、战略性新兴产业科技实力亟待提高以及企业融资成本增加、金融环境有待改善等问题。今后，应围绕战略性新兴产业重点领域，确定产业培植的着力点，特别应从突出龙头企业带动作用、推进行业合作创新、推动商业模式创新以及加强人才培养与引进等方面推进战略性新兴产业的快速发展。%In recent years ,the support for the strategic emerging industries has been strengthened in Qingdao .The new information technology industry and the top equipment manufacturing industry have development advantages correspondingly .And the industries including new resource ,biology , energy conservation and environment protection have some basis too .However ,there are still some questions .For example ,the scope of some industries is smaller ;the innovation ability of small and medium enterprises is insufficient ;the scientific and technological power of the strategic emerging in-dustries needs to be promoted and the financing cost of the enterprises is added ;the financial environ-ment needs improving .In the future ,the core to develop the industries should be established around the key fields of the strategic emerging industries .And the strategic emerging industries should be promoted from the aspects including accentuating the leading role of the leading enterprises ,promo-ting the cooperative innovation of the trades , promoting the innovation of commercial models and strengthening the cultivation and introduction of the talents .
