根茎类作物收获机阻力测试系统的研究

摘要

This paper analysis the resistance feature of root-tuber crops harvester and designs resistance test system.S-type force sensor is installed on suspension link of soil tank car,PXI data acquire platform with virtual instrument technology is configured,LabVIEW program for measurement of resistance is designed.The function of test system with 4U-83 type potato harvester is examined,and the excavating shovel resistance is analysed from waveform graph.%分析根茎类作物收获机挖掘铲的阻力特点,设计阻力测试系统.在土槽车后悬挂杆件上安装S型拉压力传感器,配置虚拟仪器技术的PXI数据采集平台,设计LabVIEW软件,测量收获机阻力.以4U-83型马铃薯收获机验证测试系统功能,从受力波形图中分析挖掘铲工作受力过程.
