This paper summarizes the key parts in engine and their materials,in combination with the practical and rapid prototyping technology of engine research and development, It also introduces the methods to fast production the samples of the key parts in engine made of aluminum alloy. The purpose is to provide scientific guidance for the engineers to choose an appropriate method to rapid production samples during the engine research and development. It will shorten the period and promote the engine industry's rapid development.%本文总结了发动机核心零部件的种类及各零件常用材料，并结合发动机研发实际和快速原型制作工艺，总结了发动机铝合金重要零部件样件快速制作的方法，以指导发动机研发过程中快速样件工艺的选择，缩短发动机研发周期。
