SSD硬盘的数据恢复方法研究

摘要

SSD硬盘作为一种高速存储硬盘,广泛应用于军事、车载、工控、视频监控、网络监控、网络终端、电力、医疗、航空、导航设备等领域.通过分析SSD硬盘的有关原理结构和文件数据存储特性,从硬盘的逻辑层、物理层、固件层3个方面阐述了SSD硬盘的恢复可能性以及存在的挑战,进行了实验验证,总结出了三种SSD硬盘数据恢复方法.%SSD hard disk is a high speed storage disk, which is widely used in military, vehicle-mounted,video surveillance,network monitoring,network terminal,electricity,medical,aviation,navigation equipment and many other fields. This article analyzes relevant principle structure and storage characteristics of file data of SSD hard disk,proproses the recovery possibility and existing challenge of SSD hard disk from three aspects:logic layer,physical layer and firmware layer.
