应用流程图健康教育模式对消化性溃疡患者生活方式的影响

         

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of application of flowchart health education model on the lifestyle of patients with peptic ul -cer.Methods:120 hospitalized patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group (60 cases in each group ) .The traditional health education was conducted in the control group and the flowchart health education model was adopted in the experimental group .The patients in both groups were investigated and assessed by using HPLP before and after the application of flowchart health education model .The score in each dimension and the total scores of the patient's lifestyle were compared between the two groups.Results:The score in each dimension and the total scores of the patient's lifestyle were significantly higher in the experimental group than those in the control group after the intervention (P<0.01).Conclusion:The flowchart health education model can help patients and their families obtain more comprehensive and systematic knowledge and establish the good lifestyle by themselves so as to improve the self-management level ,treatment effect and quality of life .%目的:探讨应用流程图健康教育模式对消化性溃疡住院患者生活方式的影响。方法:将120例消化内科因消化性溃疡住院的患者随机分为实验组和对照组各60例,对照组采取传统健康教育,实验组按照流程图实施健康教育,实施前后均采用生活方式水平量表( HPLP)对两组患者进行调查评估,比较两组患者生活方式各维度和总体得分情况变化。结果:干预后实验组患者生活方式各维度和总体得分均显著高于对照组( P<0.01)。结论:应用流程图实施健康教育,可使患者及家属获得较全面、系统的知识,自觉建立良好的生活方式,提高自我管理水平、治疗效果和生活质量。
