目的：全面分析健康体检中某三甲医院职工弃检和漏检的主要原因，为实施针对性管理提供依据。方法：以2014年某三甲医院3791名体检员工的体检资料为研究对象，统计弃检率和漏检项目率，分类描述并分析，对弃检、漏检的原因分别进行问卷调查及电话访问，以鱼骨图法进行原因分析，提出相应管理对策。结果：3791份体检资料中弃检562份，弃检率14.82%。弃检率男性高于女性（P ＜0.05），少于民族高于汉族（P ＜0.05）。漏检率较高的几个检查项目依次为口腔科、眼科、耳鼻喉科，而抽血化验、B 超等项目漏检率相对低。弃检主要原因是受检者自身健康意识薄弱。漏检主要原因为对自身健康过于自信、轻视物理检查、怕麻烦、怕泄漏隐私、体检管理不规范等。结论：医院职工弃检和漏检项目情况比较普遍，医院职工需提高体检意识，关爱自身健康，单位及健康体检中心必须加强体检管理，最大程度服务于员工、更好地促进医院员工的健康。并将管理对策深入实践，为每位参加健康体检的客户提供便捷、高效的体检服务。%Objective:To discuss the effect of the extended nursing intervention on the medication compliance,social function and quali-ty of life of the convalescent patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)treated with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI. ). Meth-ods:80 CHD patients who received PCI treatment were randomly divided into the study group and the control group(40 cases in each group). The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the extended nursing intervention was adopted in the study group,the medication compliance,social function and quality of life of the patients between the two groups were scored and compared by using Morn-ingside rehabilitation status scale(MRSS),social disability screening scale(SDSS),China cardiovascular patient quality of life assess-ment questionnaire(CCQQ)and medication compliance scale before and after nursing care. Results:After nursing care for 6 months,the medication compliance of the patients was significantly better in the study group than the control group(P < 0. 01);the scores of CCQQ significantly increased after nursing care compared with those before nursing care in the two groups(P < 0. 05),and these were obviously higher in the study group than the control group(P <0. 05);the total score of MRSS,ADL,dependency level,social ability,the symptoms and SDSS scores were significantly lower and better in the study group than the control group(P <0. 05). Conclusion:The extended nursing care can effectively improve the exercise tolerance,social function and quality of life of CHD patients so as to promote their rehabilitation.
