舒适护理在不稳定型骨盆骨折患者中的应用

摘要

目的:探讨舒适护理在不稳定型骨盆骨折患者中的应用方法及效果.方法:将80例不稳定型骨盆骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施舒适护理,比较两组护理效果.结果:两组患者并发症发生率及焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:舒适护理可降低不稳定型骨盆骨折患者的并发症发生率,改善心理状态.%Objective:To explore the application and effects of comfortable nursing in patients with unstable pelvic fracture .Methods:A total of 80 patients with unstable pelvic fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,40 cases in each group . The control group was given the routine nursing ,while the observation group was given the comfortable nursing .And the nursing effects of two groups were compared .Results:There were significant differences in the incidence of complications and self -rating anxiety scale (SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comfort care can reduce the incidence of complications in patients with unstable pelvic fractures and improve the psychological status of patients with unstable pelvic fractures .
