Objective:To investigate the effect of preoperative eye level fixation training in patients with glaucoma trabeculectomy.Methods:A total of 84 cases of glaucoma trabeculectomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given the preoperative eye level fixation training on the basis of the control group.The number of eye position adjustment,the number of microscope position adjustment,the head and face deviation ratio,the rate of rotation of eyeball,the rate of corneal damage,the time of operation and the rate of patient satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results:The observation group′s the number of eye position adjustment and the number of microscope position adjustment were significantly less than those in the control group.The observation group′s the head and face deviation ratio,the rate of eyeball rotation rate,the rate of corneal damage were significantly lower than those in the control group.The observation group′s operation time was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the satisfaction rate of the patients was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative eye position training can ensure the fixation of eyes during the trabeculectomy,shorten the operation time,and be easy to operate.It is worthy of clinical application.%目的:探讨术前眼位注视训练在青光眼小梁切除术患者中的应用效果.方法:将84例青光眼小梁切除术患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各42例,对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上行术前眼位注视训练.比较两组患者术中调整眼位次数、调整显微镜次数、头面部偏移率、眼球旋转偏移率、角膜损伤率、手术时间及患者满意率情况.结果:观察组患者术中调整眼位次数、调整显微镜次数少于对照组,头面部偏移率、眼球旋转偏移率、角膜损伤率低于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,患者满意率高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:术前眼位注视训练能保证青光眼小梁切除术患者术中眼位固定,缩短患者手术时间,且易于操作,值得临床推广应用.
