目的:探讨手机APP在产褥期妇女延续护理中的应用效果.方法:将70例初产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用手机APP方式实施延续护理干预,于干预后6周调查比较两组抑郁水平、生活质量及母乳喂养自我效能状况.结果:观察组生活质量与母乳喂养自我效能评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:应用手机APP实施延续护理,有助于提高初产妇产褥期生活质量和母乳喂养自我效能水平.%Objective:To explore the application effect of mobile client APP in continuous nursing of puerperium women.Methods:A total of 70 primiparas were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group adopted mobile phone client APP to implement the continuous nursing intervention.The levels of depression,quality of life and breastfeeding self-efficacy were compared between the two groups at 6 weeks after the intervention.Results:The quality of life and breast feeding self-efficacy scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying mobile client APP to implement continuous nursing care can help to improve the quality of life and breast feeding self-efficacy of primipara in puerperium.
