吞咽治疗仪联合导尿管球囊扩张在鼻咽癌放疗后吞咽障碍患者中的应用

摘要

Objective:To explore the methods and effects of swallowing therapy combined with catheter balloon dilatation in patients with dysphagia after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods:A total of 60 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy in patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment and rehabilitation methods,while the observation group received the swallowing therapy instrument therapy combined with catheter balloon dilatation of cricopharyngeal muscle on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects were com-pared between two groups. Results:After 2 and 4 weeks intervention,the observation group′s drinking water test ( WTDWT) scores,clinical efficacy and VFSS evaluation results were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0. 01). Conclusion:The combination of swallowing therapy instrument and catheter balloon dilatation can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients with dysphagia after ra-diotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma,reduce the incidence of aspiration and improve the clinical efficacy.%目的:探讨吞咽治疗仪联合导尿管球囊扩张在鼻咽癌放疗后吞咽障碍患者中的应用方法及效果.方法:将60例鼻咽癌放疗后吞咽障碍患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采用常规治疗及康复方法,观察组在此基础上采用吞咽治疗仪治疗联合导尿管球囊扩张环咽肌,比较两组干预效果.结果:观察组干预2周、4周后洼田饮水试验(WTDWT)评分、临床疗效及VFSS评定结果均优于对照组(P<0.01).结论:吞咽治疗仪联合导尿管球囊扩张可有效促进鼻咽癌放疗后吞咽障碍患者康复,降低误吸发生率,改善临床疗效.
