微信公众号教育模式对社区2型糖尿病患者自我照顾行为的影响

摘要

目的:探讨微信公众号教育模式对社区2型糖尿病患者自我照顾行为的影响.方法:选择在我区域社康建专案管理2型糖尿病患者320例,根据入住病区分为观察组(二病区)和对照组(一病区)各160例,对照组采用传统教育形式与方法,观察组在对照组的基础上由家庭医生团队加用微信公众号教育模式干预,干预周期为3个月;干预前后比较两组空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖,干预后比较两组自我照顾行为能力和护理满意度.结果:干预后两组空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组饮食干预、药物治疗、运动锻炼、血糖检测、病情控制评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对社区2型糖尿病患者采用微信公众号教育模式,能提高患者的自我照顾行为能力,降低血糖,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广.%Objective:To explore the influence of the education model of WeChat public number on self -care behavior of patients with type 2 diabetes in the community .Methods:A total of 320 patients with type 2 diabetes in the community were selected from the manage-ment project of community and were divided into the observation group ( the second ward ) and the control group ( the first ward ) according to the occupancy area ,each with 160 patients.In the control group ,the traditional education forms and methods were adopted .The observation group was treated with the WeChat public number education model on the basis of the control group .The intervention period was 3 months. Before and after the intervention ,two groups′fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose were compared .The two groups of self-care behavior and nursing satisfaction rate were compared after the intervention .Results:After the intervention , two groups′fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose were significantly lower than those before the intervention (P<0.05),and the observation group′s was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of diet intervention,drug treat-ment ,exercise ,blood glucose detection and disease control in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:In the community,WeChat public number education mode can improve type 2 diabetes patients′self-care ability,reduce blood sugar and improve nursing satisfaction ,which is worthy of clinical promotion .
