根据W indow s Sockets的网络通讯原理,提出一种基于C/S技术的网络制造系统结构,在T C P/IP协议框架下设计服务器端和客户端的应用程序。通过Socket(套接字)来建立服务器与客户端的网络连接,并以开放式运动控制器构建远程控制平台,实现了对数控铣床和机械手的远程控制。实验结果表明,在局域网环境下系统具有较好的实时性和可靠性。%A ccording to com m unication fundam entals of W indow s Sockets,this paper presents a structure of netw ork m anufacturing based on C/S m ode.The server and client application softw are are program m ed in the fram ew ork of T PC/IP. N etw ork connection betw een client and server is established through the socket. A rem ote control platform is realized by an open-type m otion controller so as to control the m anipulator and the m achine tools rem ote. Experim ental results show that the system has good real-tim e perform ance and reliability under LAN environm ent.
