目的:了解上海市松江区7~16岁中小学生情绪和行为问题的状况。方法采用分层整群随机抽样法纳入松江区1720名学生,对其进行长处和困难问卷(父母版)(SDQ)评定。结果情绪和行为的异常检出率分别为9.3%和9.1%,困难总分异常检出率11.9%,男、女生情绪问题异常率无显著性差异(P >0.05),而男生行为、多动/注意不能、同伴交往、亲社会行为和困难总分异常率高于女生(P <0.05)。≤11岁年龄组情绪问题、同伴交往、困难总分异常率高于>11岁年龄组(P <0.01)。结论不同性别及年龄中小学生均存在不同的情绪和行为问题,需分类干预。%Objective To investigate the status of emotional problems and behavioral problems in students aged 7 to 16 years old in Songjiang district of Shanghai.Methods 1720 students aged 7 to 16 years old in Songjiang district were recruited by using stratified cluster random sampling and were assessed with the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire-parent version (SDQ).Results Total incidence rate of problems was 11.9%,rate of emotional problems and behavioral problems was 9.3%and 9.1% respectively.There was no significant difference in rate of emotional problems between boys and girls (P >0.05). Boys showed significantly higher incidence rate than girls in behavior,hyperactivity/attention deficit,peer interaction,prosocial behavior and total score of difficulty (P <0.05).Students aged 11 yeas old and below showed significantly higher incidence rate than students aged above 11 years old in emotional problem,peer interaction and total score of difficulty (P <0.01 ). Conclusion Students with different gender or different age stage have different emotional or behavioral problems.Intervention measures should be conducted pertinently.
